All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept items back once they have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or has an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the situation.
