Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, NewEraScents is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.
